If you have lost data on your hard drive - accidently deleted your files, or formatted your hard drive - we can recover your data. If your hard drive is going bad and you can't access your data, we may be able to recover your data, it just depends on the amount of damage on the hard drive. Even if the hard drive seems to be toast, we can send you hard drive into a data recovery lab, were technicians can rebuild your hard drive and retrieve data, however this usually costs between $400 and $2000.
If you need data recovered from your hard drive, our rates depend on how hard it is to get your data and what software we have to use. If the data has been deleted, but not overwritten we use either WinUndelete or R-Studio; prices start at $30 and increase depending on the amount of data needed recovered. If the drive has been formatted or the data overwritten or the hard drive is going bad, we use R-Studio or VirtualLabs, and prices start at $100. If you need the data on your computer backed up, we can save the data to an external hard drive, usb drive, DVD-R, or to our server. For instance, if you are going to send your computer in for repair, we can make a copy of your data; or if you just want a backup of your data to safeguard it, we can make a copy of it. We can provide an external USB hard drive ranging in size from 80GB or 1000GB. Or if you want the data restored to your computer at a later point of time, we can back it up to our servers (we have several terrabytes of capacity). Or we can create DVDs with your data - there is even the options of getting "System Restore DVDs" where we create a bootable restore disc(s) of your entire hard drive.
